Mathew Mudford is the Founder of Hope Coast Developments Pty Ltd and a seasoned professional in the construction and property investment sectors. With more than nine years of experience spanning sales consultancy, operations management, residential building, and land development, Mathew brings a rare combination of strategic insight and hands-on expertise to every project he leads.
Throughout his career, Mathew has worked with some of Australia’s most recognised national builders, including Simonds Homes, Homecorp Constructions (SA), Burbank Homes, and BDM Constructions (NSW). His leadership and client-focused approach have helped over 100 clients navigate the building process—from design consultation through to contract signing and construction commencement. Notably, Mathew played a key role in launching Homecorp’s South Australian operations, driving impressive early results that helped position the company as one of Adelaide’s top volume builders.
As both an active investor and developer, Mathew has successfully led multiple property ventures across South Australia and New South Wales. His completed projects include townhouse developments in Springlake Estate, Mount Barker, knockdown-rebuild projects in Campbelltown (SA), multi-unit builds in Lake Cathie (NSW), and a large-scale residential land subdivision in Wauchope. Each project reflects his commitment to delivering strategic outcomes, efficient processes, and consistently strong returns for clients and investors alike.
Now based in Newcastle, NSW, Mathew continues to advise and collaborate with buyers’ agents, investors, and developers through Hope Developments Pty Ltd. His work focuses on project management, feasibility analysis, and strategic acquisitions for both private and institutional clients.
